Looking forward to an exciting British tour with the Rio Piano trio in October. We open with a house concert in North London where we now play every autumn. it’s always a fantastic evening, filled with music, laughter, wine and good food.

The programme will showcase music by some of South America’s most celebrated musical figures: Heitor Villa-Lobos, regarded as the most significant creative figure in 20th-century Brazilian music. is featured alongside the legendary Argentinian composer Astor Piazzola who redefined Tango for the modern age, infusing it with new energy and character. The vibrant folk traditions of Brazil's north-east region is represented by a group of short pieces by Edmundo Villani-Côrtes.
